To find someone on Facebook through phone number, simply follow the steps below; 

• Login to your Facebook account

• Click the search box above your Facebook homepage

• Type in the mobile number in the search box. 

• Then hit enter or tap the search icon.

If your friend's number is public, you should be able to see their profile in the search results.
